Il new media center Kuda.org di sede a Novi Sad, ha annunciato una serie di coferenze in cui verranno presentati i 4 libri che raccolgono i testi degli incontri svoltisi nel corso del 2004 presso la sede del Kuda.org, sui temi della new media culture, delle nuove tecnologie e del loro impatto artistico e sociale. Questi i libri presentati:

003 - divanik - conversazioni e interviste
002 - bitomatik - pratiche artistiche
001 - tektonik - nuova ontologia sociale
000 - Trans_European Picnic - arte e nuovi media

Questi libri sono collezioni di testo, trascrizioni di incontri e letture e discussioni, interviste con ricercatori, teorici, artisti e attivisti che sono stati ospiti nel corso del 2004 presso il Kuda.lounge program. I temi sono quelli legati all'impatto delle nuove tecnologie, la ricerca dell'impatto di fenomeni come la globalizzazione, i sistemi tecnologici di controllo, la comunicazione di massa, il nuovo proletariato e la nuova economia, i nuovi movimenti sociali tecnicizzati, il problema della proprietà intellettuale, le biotecnologie, e i nuovi codici artistici come la netart, l'interactive art, l'arte generativa, la software art.

Oltre 50 presentazioni e incontri organizzati, invitando nomi chiave coinvolti nel pensiero critico, nella teoria sociale e nella pratica artistica, per tentare di costruire un network internazionale sui temi delle nuove tecnologie. Kuda.org è un'organizzazione no-profit con sede a Novi Sad in Serbia-Montenegro, dedicata alla diffusione e promozione delle nuove tecnologie e il loro impatto artistico e sociale, attraverso uno spazio di incontro dotato di libreria, mediateca, archivio multimediale. Kuda.org è a sua volta diviso in 3 settori: Kuda.info dedicata ai servizi informativi, Kuda.lounge dedicata alle presentazioni e agli incontri pubblici e Kuda.production in grado di supportare e promuovere artisti e media attivisti che lavorano con le tecnologie e i nuovi media.
