Elettrowave Festival 07 vi stupirà! Nasce un nuovo concetto di festival, a partire dalla location, la
ex fabbrica Longinotti, a due passi dal cuore del rinascimento: Firenze.
Elettrowave 2007 offre un programma ampio e diviso in due aree:
La prima, Street Wave, area ad ingresso gratuito, in uno spazio esterno alla ex Longinotti che
ospiterà dalle 19:00 alle 2:00 nomi di spicco e performers della scena hip-hop, dubstep e drum’n
bass.
La seconda zona invece, all’interno della ex Longinotti, sarà costituita da due spazi distinti:
Theatre e Club.
Il Club segna la continuità con la storia dell'elettronica degli ultimi 15 anni, Ame, Zip, Noze,
Onur Ozer, accanto agli italiani Squillace e Figoli sono solo alcuni dei grandi artisti che potrete
trovare qui. Nel Club anche le nuove promesse della scena elettronica scelte da Levi’s® new
music from the original, e i vincitori di Elettrowave Challenge.
Il Theatre invece ospita l’ormai collaudato BIP-Building Interactive Playgrounds e le sue
installazioni, perfette per incorniciare le performances di icone della musica elettronica quali
Cassius, Alex Gopher, Jimi Tenor and Kabu Kabu, Matthew Dear’s Big Hands, Datarock e
King Britt, headliners internazionali dell’edizione 2007.
Elettrowave non è solo musica, ma anche tutto ciò che ruota attorno
alla musica. Quest’anno Qoobshot è una minirassegna di idee in video promossa
da qoob.tv, Touchdown!, workshop per imparare a costruire da soli improbabili controller per
videogiochi e, nel caso in cui la realtà non fosse abbastanza, vi offriamo una seconda vita!
Elettrowave infatti conquista il mondo di Second Life, ospite del progetto Second Wave sull'isola
4DAngels, approfondisce anche le tematiche legate al mondo del web 2.0.
